On October 2nd, we attended Espacio Food & Service , the most important international trade fair for the food industry in Chile and one of the most relevant in Latin America. The event, held at Espacio Riesco in Santiago, Chile, brought together hundreds of brands, companies, suppliers, and industry professionals, who shared innovation, technology, and trends over three days.
