Benjamin Medina Socias
Founder and CEO
PhD in Food Engineering from the University of Texas, founder and CEO. With over 40 years of experience in the food industry, he launched Novafoods in 1993 and remains active today, leading the company's projects and challenges.
Viviana Cabrera Losada
Co-founder and CFO
The backbone of the company. Organizational management, as well as the national market leader, he has been Benjamin's right-hand man since its inception.
Also founder and CEO of Renova Functionals.
